What is the D2D Loop?
The D2D (Data-to-Decision) Loop is our continuous operating system with five phases: Collect (gather the signal), Own (find the why through root-cause analysis), Align (build a shared truth and shared KPIs), Design (build the system, dashboards, and SOPs), and Execute (deploy, track, and feed new data back into Collect). Each revolution compounds, producing sharper signal and better decisions over time.
